OUR LIVESTOCK

PAINTED DESERT SHEEP

Our flock is registered with the Painted Desert Sheep Society. Our sheep come from the Alvizo Ranch line. Sire for 2022 lambs will be Torbjorn (his sire is AlvizoRanch Corona Xtra Gold GSR). We worm when necessary and provide quality feed and alfalfa. Ewe and ram lambs start at $300. All lambs sold for 2022. AMERAUCANA CHICKENS

We breed Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas. Due to high demand we ask that you contact us to reserve chicks. Hatching Eggs are available for $40 a dozen. We are starting an Isabel color project, so stay tuned for our progress!

AMERAUCANA BREEDERS CLUB

The Ameraucana is an American breed of domestic chicken. It was developed in the United States in the 1970s, and derives from Araucana chickens brought from Chile. It was bred to retain the blue-egg gene but eliminate the lethal alleles of the parent breed. There are both standard-sized and bantam versions.
